Fees
My fee is $100 per 50 minute session.
I am currently accepting United Healthcare/Optum, and BCBS insurance as well as private pay.
Please note that in order for insurance companies to pay for sessions I will have to give you a psychiatric diagnosis, as listed in the DSM 5. If you’re uncomfortable with this we can discuss it
Your insurance company may pay a portion of the fee as an "out of network provider." This varies from different insurance providers. If your insurance company does pay for out of network providers, I will give you a "superbill” for all of your sessions. It will be your responsibility to check with your insurance company to get this information.
Payment Information
Upon registering as a client, you will be asked to give credit card information. All of your information, including method of payment is stored in a HIPPA compliant electronic health record (EHR) Your card will be charged for either co-pay or cash rate.
When you schedule an appointment with me, that time slot is reserved especially for you and you will be responsible for paying for it at my full rate of $100 unless you can provide me with a minimum 24 hours’ notice of the need to cancel. Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation fees.
